Breeders: Henry & Toni Frederick have taken every care with breeding, rearing, and the welfare of this puppy. This puppy is believed to be in good health and is sold in good faith. (vet certified health certificate included)
Buyer to take puppy to personal vet within 72 Hours of possession for verification of health.
This breeder makes no warranty however, as to the health and disposition of the puppy AFTER the 72 hour health check.
While it is generally recognized that intestinal parasites and ear mites are common in puppies, and part of a puppy’s early development, we will make every effort to prevent such parasites. Often, the stress of change and travel can cause intestinal parasites to emerge after the puppy has left its mother. Buyer agrees to continue de-parasitization testing and treatment (if necessary) with their veterinarian. De-worming and vaccinations have been completed per our schedule up to 8 weeks of age. (See our schedule attached.) 10 weeks of age if puppy was shipped.
• Proof must be submitted to Seller that puppy has been examined within the time specified.
• If your veterinarian finds the puppy to have a life threatening illness, the diagnosis must be provided in writing from the vet, dated within the 3 day window of time and puppy returned. Worms are not considered life threatening. Puppy will be replaced at earliest opportunity of available puppies. Shipping will not be refunded. Cost of exams and tests are buyer responsibility. This is part of the responsibility of a pet owner.
